In 2019, ELF UK embarked on a mission to build a new home for Mr. Dineshan, a stage 4 cancer patient from Methala, Kodungallur, Kerala-India who had lost his modest shed-like house during the devastating Kerala floods of 2018. Acknowledging the critical challenges faced by Dineshan, his wife, and their two daughters, ELF UK stepped forward to provide more than just a roof over their heads—it offered them a space of security, dignity, and renewed hope.

The funds for this meaningful project were raised through the TUG OF WAR event held in High Wycombe, United Kingdom. The two bedroom house was thoughtfully designed to help the family rebuild their lives with stability and comfort, giving them a fresh start in the face of adversity.
